A Meta Analysis of the Relationship between Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction: The Case of Turkey

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction using metaanalysis. In context, Gazi University Library data base was used identify research which be included in analysis. first stage, items were published period 2010.01-2017.10 samples inside borders Turkey reviewed. second studies based on appropriate criteria identified among a total 53 studies. results obtained correlations 19 showed that correlation 0.605. sub-dimensions both variables positively correlated statistically significant. It concluded distributional from dimension most important satisfaction.
